Download the skill file
Use the button at the top of this page. You'll get a single file named construction-proposal-generator.skill. Do not unzip it or rename it.
Upload the skill
Go to Customize then Skills. Click the + button, choose Create skill, and upload the file you just downloaded.
It appears in your skills list. Make sure the toggle beside it is on.
Start a chat and give it your estimate
Open a new conversation, attach your estimate as an Excel or CSV file, and say:

Building a full proposal is a long job. It runs best in Claude Cowork, which gives it room to work without running out of session.
