We'll talk through where your business is today, the challenges you're navigating, and your longer-term objectives, including whether an eventual exit is on the horizon. This is an exploratory conversation to assess alignment before moving into a deeper working session.
Ahead of the session, you'll share access to QuickBooks Online and your project management system, so I come into the conversation grounded in how your business is actually structured.
Together we work through five core areas using your real numbers and workflows, building shared clarity on how the business operates and where deliberate improvements will have the greatest impact:

We finish by determining whether there's a strong fit, and I'll outline exactly what an advisory engagement would look like for your business, including investment and time commitment.
We begin with an onboarding questionnaire to establish context and accelerate our work. The first four weekly sessions focus on discovery and planning: we clarify priorities, align on direction, and build a practical roadmap.
From there we move into bi-weekly 60-minute working sessions focused on execution and decision-making. I act as a strategic partner to refine financials, pricing, operations, and growth, reviewing your numbers directly, helping shape critical documents, and building the systems and structure that let the business run without you and scale toward the exit you want.
Between sessions you'll have ongoing async support via your preferred messaging platform (text, Slack, or WhatsApp), with occasional ad hoc calls for time-sensitive matters. Where appropriate, I work directly with your financial team so decisions translate into real progress.
